This mall had/has so much potential. It’s sad that it will eventually be completely closed. Looking forward to whatever development happens, but in the meantime, it’s a great low key mall if you’re looking to avoid the busier malls.

This is a upscale local mall in the Plano Carrollton area. It unfortunately opened right after 9/11 years ago and since it's placed in the upscale market, it is struggled somewhat against the larger more established Galleria Mall several miles to the south. It's got some good stores and easy accessibility from the tollway and Park boulevard. It's certainly worth going to.

Great mall! Got a few speciality shops. While there is a lot of stores not open or empty this is a very great place to visit for unique items and events. There is also a community of people that use this mall for morning walks due to hot weather in this area. Highly recommend a visit and a walk around to cool off

Busy weekend or a leisure time on a weekday, this place is like a fresh air…amazing to hangout and perfect for family fun time, perfect for kids to enjoy at crayola. Don’t miss out on the delicious food…many options and great variety. If you wish to explore some quality time with family with good food, shopping and kids activity, it wont disappoint you.

CREATIVE AND INNOVATIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Me and my friend went to go explore this cave of wonders and came upon..some friends…? OR ENEMIES?????? Ha ha!!! Definitely friends!!!! Also saw the gray comet of SO GOOD! Those kids can sing!!!! La la la la!!!!! You go see!!! You will be impress….❤️ Handstands in the store whistle Brit he’s sounds like a nice place…🤔

This mall is very nice!!! The decor is gorgeous in here. Usually food courts look like college cafeterias but this food court design feels more like Barnes and Noble lol. It is two floors and has a huge range of store options. The kids play area is very impressive. It looks like a city with streets and has trucks along the way. It’s very cute! The Crayola Experience is here as well and my kids love it!! It does cost to get into but is huge inside and you can spend hours there.

All the shops at Willow Bend are really great!! Macys, Equinox are my favorites! Tea shop, crayons, cell Dr, etc . all are amazing!! The entrance of the mall has an awesome design and great interior ambiance and amenities, well equipped and maintained. Clean, tidy, and looks great!!

Cute mall with all kinds of fun shops! Love the Crayola store! Would be cool to see some vegan options in the mall. Bit of a ghost town in the food court and I couldn’t find anything vegan unfortunately.

This place is a calm and very kid-friendly environment. The play area has soft carpet flooring, and children are required to take off their shoes, which makes it cleaner and safer for little ones. The space is large, comfortable, and usually not crowded, so kids can enjoy playing freely while parents relax.
